APMS has asphalt manufacturing and contracting operations. The business also undertakes specialised work in the area of bituminous materials production and rejuventation spraying.
This acquisition strengthens Downer EDI Works' geogrpahical footprint and capability in and also provides a significant growth opportunity for Works in New Zealand and Singapore.
